These Terms of Service govern your use of the Brucetech INC website and photography services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a session, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company Information
Brucetech INC is a commercial photography company providing professional photography, editing, and visual content production services for businesses, brands, agencies, real estate professionals, product companies, corporate teams, and organizations.
Our services may include commercial photography, product photography, corporate headshots, brand photography, real estate photography, event photography, advertising photography, editing, retouching, and production support.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use this website to learn about our services, request information, contact our team, and submit inquiries. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Quotes & Service Proposals
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including project type, session length, number of final images, editing needs, location, travel, production materials, usage requirements, and delivery timeline.
A quote is not a confirmed booking until Brucetech INC accepts the project and any required deposit, booking fee, or written confirmation has been received. Brucetech INC reserves the right to revise a quote if the project scope changes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, proposal, service agreement, or checkout page. Brucetech INC may require a deposit, booking fee, milestone payment, or full payment before starting a project. Final files may be delivered after required payments are received.
Accepted payment methods may include card payments, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Clients are responsible for paying all agreed fees, taxes, additional production costs, travel charges, late fees, or other charges stated in the invoice or agreement.
5. Card-Based Business Purchases
Brucetech INC uses business card purchases to support legitimate operating expenses and client project needs. These purchases may include photography equipment, lighting tools, studio materials, editing software, digital storage, props, backdrops, printing, advertising, travel, rentals, and vendor services.
These purchases support our ability to deliver professional photography services efficiently and maintain the resources required for commercial production.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, confirming schedules, arriving on time, securing required permissions, approving locations, providing products or materials when needed, and reviewing deliverables within the stated review period.
For product photography, clients are responsible for delivering products in good condition unless otherwise agreed. For location photography, clients are responsible for obtaining access, approvals, permits, or property permissions when required.
7. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Photography sessions are scheduled based on availability. Session dates may be affected by weather, location access, client delays, vendor availability, or other production factors. Clients must request rescheduling in writing.
Rescheduling may be subject to additional fees if Brucetech INC has already committed resources, travel, studio time, vendors, or production materials.
8. Deliverables
Deliverables may include edited digital images, online galleries, downloadable files, print-ready images, web-sized images, or other agreed materials. The number of final images, editing level, file format, and delivery timeline will be stated in the project quote, invoice, proposal, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, raw unedited files are not included.
9. Editing & Revisions
Brucetech INC provides editing based on the agreed project scope. Standard editing may include color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, resizing, and basic retouching.
Additional retouching, advanced editing, background replacement, image manipulation, rush delivery, or expanded revisions may require additional fees. Clients must request revisions within the review period stated in the project agreement or within 7 business days after delivery if no review period is stated.
10. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Brucetech INC owns the copyright to photographs and creative work unless otherwise transferred in writing. Clients receive usage rights based on the package, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
Usage may include business websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, internal presentations, or other stated commercial uses. Clients may not resell, license, transfer, alter, or distribute images beyond the agreed usage rights without written permission from Brucetech INC.
If full copyright transfer or exclusive usage rights are required, they must be agreed in writing and may require additional fees.
11. Portfolio Use
Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, Brucetech INC may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Confidential projects, private events, unreleased products, or sensitive commercial materials can be excluded from portfolio use by written agreement.
12. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation section on our Customer Support page. Because photography services are custom creative services, completed sessions, editing work, and delivered digital files are generally non-refundable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brucetech INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Force Majeure
Brucetech INC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, illness, equipment failure, power outages, transportation issues, government restrictions, venue restrictions, or acts of nature.
15. Privacy & Updates
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Brucetech INC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
