Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Brucetech INC handles booking fees, project deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and completed photography services. By booking a photography session, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Project Booking & Deposits
Brucetech INC may require a deposit or booking fee to reserve a photography session, production date, studio time, location schedule, equipment preparation, or creative production resources. Deposits help cover planning, scheduling, preparation, administrative work, equipment setup, and reserved availability.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are applied toward the total project cost.
2. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel a scheduled photography session by contacting Brucetech INC in writing at bruce.henry@brucetechbh.com.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund, depending on the project scope and preparation already completed.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session may result in the deposit or booking fee being non-refundable.
- If Brucetech INC has already purchased project-specific materials, booked a location, reserved studio time, hired vendors, arranged travel, or completed pre-production work, those costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting Brucetech INC as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a client requests rescheduling at least 72 hours before the session, Brucetech INC will make reasonable efforts to move the booking to another available date.
Last-minute rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees if production resources, studio time, travel, vendor services, or project-specific materials have already been committed.
4. Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the custom nature of photography services, payments for completed photography sessions, delivered image files, editing work, production work, and digital deliverables are generally non-refundable. Once images have been captured, edited, delivered, or made available to the client, the service is considered fulfilled.
If a client has a concern about image quality, missing deliverables, or file access, the client must contact Brucetech INC within 7 business days of delivery. We will review the concern and may provide reasonable corrections, file replacements, or revisions when appropriate.
5. Digital Products & Image Files
Digital image files, edited photos, galleries, downloadable files, and other digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless there is a technical issue caused by Brucetech INC that prevents access to the files. If a download link does not work or files are corrupted, we will provide a replacement link or corrected file delivery.
6. Client No-Show
If a client does not appear for a scheduled session and does not provide reasonable notice, the booking fee or deposit may be forfeited. A new booking fee may be required to schedule another session.
7. Cancellation by Brucetech INC
Brucetech INC may cancel or reschedule a session due to severe weather, safety concerns, illness, equipment failure, location restrictions, emergency circumstances, or other conditions outside our control. If Brucetech INC cancels and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, the client may be eligible for a refund of payments made for services not yet performed.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
